How does it work?

- When your appointment is scheduled and paid for, you will receive an email with a unique web link to visit at your scheduled time.
- When you visit the web link, you will be prompted to download and install our screensharing software for either your computer or device.
- This screensharing software allows us to view your screen and with your permission, allow us to take control.
- We cannot transfer files to or from your computer or device without your explicit permission.
- During the screensharing session, your technician may be on camera or at minimum on audio with you to ask questions and explain the work being performed.
How does it work?

- When your appointment is scheduled and paid for, you will receive an email with a unique web link to visit at your scheduled time.
- When you visit the web link, you will be prompted to download our Lens app for your device type.
- This Lens app allows us to view what you are pointing your device’s rear camera at while simultaneously transmitting video of you through the front camera. You will be able to see and hear the technician on your phone and they can see and hear everything you do.
- During your session, the technician will ask you to point your device at particular items and give you hands-on, step-by-step directions to resolve your issue.
